This Website has been created for the access and enjoyment of our services. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or amend this Agreement without notice at any time (If we make any changes or amendments, we’ll try and make it known above when "Last updated"). You may place an order to purchase goods advertised for sale on truesuccessworld.com (Physical and digitised products such as clothing, gadgets, accessories, and books or eBooks, and subscription to our digitised contents) by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you place your order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button on the checkout page.
If you submit an order for goods via this site by clicking the PAY ('Order with obligation to pay') button, your order is an offer to us to buy the goods you have ordered on this site. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you automatically generated e-mail acknowledging your order. This is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, and no binding contract will be formed between us unless and until we accept your order by a separate e-mail. Print-on-demand, suppliers, sourcing
For us to offer what we offer and to offer the best service, we may have to partner with a third party (e.g. suppliers or contributors) to offer the service we want to offer. We may partner or collaborate with an on-demand company to supply us with physical products such as those you may find on our site. When you place an order on our site, some of your information such as name, delivery address, phone number, is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order and delivering it to you. Your personal information cannot be used for other things without your expressed consent. Your information is not stored in our affiliates data system once your order has been fulfilled and once you are fully satisfied, your data is deleted immediately after fulfilment. Physical products fulfilled by our print-on-demand suppliers will take 14-22 working days to be fulfilled, and can take longer than if conditions make it impossible to meet the deadline. Please be patient, these products are created "on-demand" when you place an order, the product is created or prepared from scratch, so we need to take this into account as well. If you do not get your item after this time, please get in touch with us to our help.
4. PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
The information displayed on this site relating to pricing is subject to change by us without notice, but those on the site at the time of any order placed will be the prices applicable to that order. Occasionally, an error may occur, and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all.
We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
However, where the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we may (at our discretion) continue with your order and charge the lower amount on dispatch. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT and delivery costs. Delivery costs will be priced depending on the price of the delivery method you selected. They will be notified to you separately before you submit your order and will be confirmed to you by e-mail.
5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times. When it comes to our digitised contents (for example, ebooks and service subscription), you will be able to receive these products immediately in the email address you provide to us during purchase. Alternatively, you may get access to the links for access from your account on Truesuccessworld.com.
So, we're able to deliver digital contents globally, whilst physical products can only be delivered globally except countries or areas that are restricted and where none of our couriers can deliver to. You must provide an accurate delivery address and do not order if you live in countries or areas we can't be able to reach you. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. Delivery will be made according to the information on the product pages after your order is accepted. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods on any specified date we agree, or if no date is specified, within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if such circumstances wholly or partly caused the delay or failure. If a delivery does not take place, you and we will agree on an alternative delivery date. We are also not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our digitised services or products can NEVER be returned, cancelled, or exchanged, and no refunds shall be offered if you, the consumer, changes their mind. This is because of the nature of our digital products. Our digital products are delivered through a downloadable link at checkout and a similar link is delivered to the email you p[provide to us. Please ensure your emails are correct and check your spam folders too if you cannot find the email from us. Without a guarantee, a link may be available on your personal account too. Please know that these links will expire 30days from the day of purchase.
We will not send you additional copies of digital products, and you may need to check on your account for a link or email. For subscription to digital content, you will have a membership account in your True Success account that enables you access to the services (e.g. Our members-only blog). You will learn more about further terms governing Subscriptions below on this page.
To return physical items, please follow the instructions sent on the return packaging and return to that specific address. Please do not return to the specified address mentioned in these terms. These physical products have to go to the right fulfilment centres, and until the item is received, you’ll also not receive your refunds or be able to make any exchange. Please contact the numbers provided on the packaging and follow the instructions provided. You can learn more about our return and refund policy here
We have a donation page. On the page, you can leave for us any tips, support. By doing this you hereby agree that you will not receive any refunds of any of the amount paid. And you agree that we have the full right to use the money however we want.
7. LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM
WE REWARD WITH SMILE (Points and rewards)
We have a reward program to incentivise our customers and help give you some perks for being with us. We believe this program is also a better way to save up when you use our services. We reward our customers for actions like placing an order, social follow and sharing or celebrating a birthday. We may also reward for referrals through the same point-based reward program. We, therefore, have to work with a third party to help us deliver this service (We use our third party's platforms and necessary tools and services). By using our services and the loyalty or reward program, you, therefore, agree that our third-party service provider (Smile.io) will have access to the relevant and necessary customer information to fulfil the service.
How rewards work
These reward program can be updated, changed, and even stopped, temporarily or permanently at any time and at our own discretion.
There are several ways to earn points, such as through; Social follow (50 points per social platform—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), placing an order (10 points per £1 spent or £1 for every £10 spent), celebrating your birthday (350 points)—Customer must enter their birthday in the smile UI at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded, social shares — Facebook and Twitter only—Site share; Share our site using link on smile's UI/please follow instruction on how to share as you will not earn for sharing, liking, or following in an unrecognised way (50 Points per share of our site to Facebook and Twitter, and currently 1 share per customer, and per lifetime). Another way to earn is through referrals of like-minded people (Coming soon). The points and rewards will be displayed on the reward icon (Smile's UI) and dashboard which can be seen on our website or membership profile.
How to redeem
1. You can only redeem your points as discount codes to use towards your order with us (when you shop with us), you cannot spend redeemed codes anywhere out of True Success. Redeemed codes must be used within 12 month by placing an order. We do not guarantee that we will always have the stock of the products you need in-store (But despite that, redeemed discounts can only be used with us by placing an order on any product, and we're not responsible for your decision to wait until a preferred service or product becomes available in our stores).
2. ( Code will be applied to any type of order. Every 100 points = £1. Therefore, you can redeem in 100 points increments, and the minimum points required to redeem is 100 Points.
3. You can only redeem and spend the equivalence of order value as a discount, without going minus or over order value, otherwise you lose any balance (You cannot use Discount Code or redeemed code as an alternative to money, therefore there's no reimbursement for redeemed and used code) You can only use redeemed code once, rather than incrementally, please choose the right way to redeem. Redeemed points or discount code cannot be reimbursed. You can redeem your points at any time in (100 points = £1) increments, and then use the discount code on all orders at checkout.

Termination and changes
All changes made on how many points you can earn will be made on the reward program panel (seen as a hover button at the bottom left corner of the site). Please be aware that changes will be made on our site first before it is amended in our terms and by continuing with our services, you hereby agree that changes can be made and the terms and policies will still apply.
Coupons and offers
Shall we offer Coupons and offers, they can only be valid for the duration of the advertised promotion. Coupons and offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. PAYMENT METHOD
We must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and the goods can be dispatched unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods:
PayPal: Your PayPal will be charged following our acceptance of your order or following the submission of your order
Wix Payment: Your Debit/credit card will be charged following our acceptance of your order or following the submission of your order.
Debit/Credit card: Your Debit/credit card will be charged following our acceptance of your order or following the submission of your order. Payment for goods must be made following the procedure explained in the information page "payment methods".
10. TERMS FOR CONSUMER SUBSCRIPTION
Some of the Services are available only by subscription (the "Subscription Services"). Your right to use the Subscription Services for which you have subscribed is personal to you (the (“Subscriber”). You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your credentials for access to the Subscription Services (e.g., your username and password) and for complying with any guidelines prescribed by us (“True Success) from time to time to prevent unauthorized access to the Subscription Services. And you are responsible for all use of your Account under any user ID (username or email address) or password by any person and for ensuring that all use of your Account complies fully with the provisions of this Usage Agreement.
True Success Library
The true success library is for personal development and general learning, in particular. Our library or the contents or the knowledge we offer is fundamental for all-around growth. Our personal development will impact you whomever you're: As said above, our library is for self-improvement and general learning; which is key to your overall growth. Our library growth is ongoing as more contents and books frequently added. Our self-help and learning approach is different and is a fundamental one rather than a speciality. This library may not have what you need, it may not be fit for your specific circumstances. Meaning you'd have to meet your needs independently, somewhere else out of the library. What we currently have in the library is all we have, until we add any additional materials. Should the library not be fit for your circumstances, you can cancel your membership via your membership account with us and find an independent suitable solution outside True Success.
However, we cannot refund you for customer remorse and regrets or for the library not being adequate for your specific circumstances, because by accessing our library, it is automatically assumed that you have benefitted, regardless of use. This is because our contents still impact your life fundamentally (all-around). By subscribing to our library membership, you, therefore, agree to all these terms, True success terms, policies, disclaimers, and disclosures. The terms found in the subscription plans are a substitute for these terms. You will be charged immediately after (1day) free trial & no refunds or exchanges thereafter due to the nature of our service (We offer more value than content or quantity, our products are highly valuable and so cannot currently give you more than 1-day free access). Cancel anytime, no-strings-attached, however, no refunds will be given for cancellation or termination, even when membership is cancelled before its due date. When you cancel your membership, you will lose access and all benefits and will not regain access again. You will need to start afresh with a new plan again.
Subscription Fees and Changes.
Subscription charges begin immediately on the date your Services subscription is activated (Same day or time), as we offer no free trials. Your charges will be billed to your preferred method of payment (credit or charge card) each month (for monthly subscriptions) or year (for annual subscriptions) thereafter. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a bill in the mail for your subscription.
True Success reserves the right to increase subscription rates at any time. Changes to standard subscription rates will be posted on our site in the subscription page, in the news menu, and you may be notified of the changes via email. Increases in subscription rates will apply to existing accounts at the time of their renewal. Customers subscribing at specially discounted promotional rates may be subject to varying rate increases, none of which shall exceed the standard posted subscription rate.
Termination of Subscription.
You (The consumer/subscriber) and us (True Success) shall both have the right to terminate your subscription at any time by providing notice of termination to the other.
In the event of termination of your subscription by either party, you shall have no claims against True Success or its affiliates. Termination of your subscriptions automatically terminates your license to use the Subscription Services and any content or other material contained therein.
Before you subscribe to our service (Members-only blog), you will have the opportunity to access our “Free” category of content, so there will be no need for a free trial. We give you this free access to familiarize yourself with what to expect from the subscription-based content. The free content is no different to subscription-only content, and all layers and styles are similar, so there will not be any surprises. By subscribing to our service or members-only blog (digitized content) you, therefore, agree that you’ve trialled our service and know what to expect. We’d like you to enjoy our free content and ONLY subscribe to our members-only when you’re ready because we shall offer you no further free trials and you will be charged immediately on the time of subscribing.
When subscribing, you will have the option to choose from annually (Yearly) or Monthly (Every month). The difference between the two options is in the yearly subscription you may benefit from a lower rate than the monthly, and it’s for you to have a peace of mind, commitment, discipline, and sacrifice to dedicate prolonged access. For the monthly, you’ll have the opportunity to effectively test our content and be able to control the length of your subscription and limit your loses. Whichever option you chose (Annually or monthly), No refund shall be offered to you when you terminate your account anytime from the time of subscribing. Please be aware that not everyone is eligible for our subscription services, and we only want people who’re very serious with their learning, people going to be disciplined, and know what to expect from us. So by subscribing to our digitized content, you agree that you’re making an irreversible sacrifice where no refund shall be given once you change your mind and cancel the license.
This is why it’s crucial to read these terms before subscribing to our services. By continuing to subscribe you agree to these terms. You can terminate your account whenever and before your next automatic renewal.
If your subscription is acquired with a Promotion Certificate, the promotion will only be valid for the specified period of time then you’ll be charged the standard rate thereafter. Similarly, no refunds shall be given when you terminate your account. You can terminate your account whenever when you no longer want to continue accessing our service. You may lose access to our services immediately when you terminate your account; license, or subscription, so we encourage you to cancel near the ending and before the auto-renewal of the subscription. It is your responsibility to check on your bank statements and your account at True Success to know your next auto-renewal and when to cancel. All of these terms also applies even if you acquired the subscription using True success Gift certificate.
Our subscriptions or plans are not exchangeable. If you acquired an annual subscription to the Subscription Services and you wish to change to another Subscription Service offering (E.g. yearly to monthly, vice versa), you must wait until the current plan end; which means whenever you cancel the current plan, then you can start again with a new subscription (Not forgetting that you’ll lose what you paid on your current subscription as you’ll receive no refund, so we advise you to maintain your account until you next cancel because making such change is very unnecessary. If you were on the yearly plan, please treat it as an investment and a saving for the period of time) must wait until your current plan end.
Renewals and Cancellations.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless we terminate it or you notify us by telephone or email (a receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us) of your decision to cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card. Instructions on how to cancel your subscription are available on your account at truesuccessworld.com in the subscription options. Alternatively, you can learn more from our FAQs page, which can be accessed via the contact us menu. You can also cancel the subscription via your bank or payment method before your next auto-renewal. Otherwise please get in touch for us to help you with that, giving plenty of time (At least 10 working days before auto-renewal so we could have the time to respond and assist)
If you cancel your subscription, unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees will not be refunded, applied to another subscription, or transferred to anyone else and are not convertible to cash or other forms of credit. Payments made as part of a monthly subscription cannot be used as credit toward annual subscription charges and are non-transferable.
You agree that you will provide a major credit or charge card (e.g., MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) that True Success may charge for all subscription fees or other amounts payable to True Success. Concerning such charges, you give the following authorization:
I authorize automatic credit or charge card billing by True Success. I agree that the charges described above will be billed by True Success to the credit or charge card that I have provided to True Success in my Account information, or otherwise when I applied for the Subscription Services. I understand that all charges are nonrefundable. I agree that True Success will not be responsible for any expenses that I may incur resulting from overdrawing my bank account or exceeding my credit limit as a result of an automatic charge made under this Agreement.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your Account to receive access to the Subscription Services. You agree to promptly update all Account information to keep your account current, complete. Accurate, i.e. change in billing address, credit or charge card number, or credit or charge card expiration date, and you must promptly notify us (“True success”) if your credit or charge card is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your log-in and password. If you fail to provide True Success with any of the foregoing information, you agree that True success may assume that your credit or charge card is either still valid or that it has been renewed and may continue charging you for the Subscription Services to which you have subscribed, unless you have cancelled your subscription.
Termination of your account or subscription by True Success (Us)
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of UK law copyright, designs and patent 1988 and international copyright law, and international conventions.
